At Protectedreal, we are committed to your satisfaction with our luxury decorative cushions. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

Standard cushion products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when:

  • Items remain in original, unused condition with all tags intact
  • Cushions are in original packaging without damage
  • No signs of wear, stains, odors, or alterations are present
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided
  • Return authorization has been obtained from our team

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or bespoke cushions designed to customer specifications
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or special order
  • Cushions that have been used, washed, dry cleaned, or altered
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or documentation
  • Items purchased more than 30 days prior to return request
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Process

To initiate a return for your cushion purchase:

  • Provide order number, purchase date, and detailed reason for return
  • Receive return authorization number and detailed shipping instructions
  • Package items securely in original packaging with all materials
  • Include return authorization number clearly visible on package
  • Ship items to the address provided using trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, defective product, or damaged goods. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. Protectedreal is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned cushion:

  • Email confirmation of receipt will be sent within 1 business day
  • Quality inspection will be completed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on financial institution
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
  • Refund amount will be reduced by any applicable restocking fees

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles of standard cushion products within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate exchange process
  • Confirm availability of desired replacement item
  • Follow standard return process outlined above
  • Replacement item will be shipped once original is received and inspected
  • Price differences may apply for exchanges to higher-priced items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your cushion arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue
  • Provide clear photographs of damage or defect from multiple angles
  • Include photos of packaging if damage appears shipping-related
  • We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be prepaid by Protectedreal
  • Expedited replacement shipping available upon request

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect cushion product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Cancellations

Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has entered production or shipping. Custom cushion orders cannot be cancelled once design approval is given and production has commenced.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of standard items that are not due to our error, product defects, or damage. This fee covers inspection, processing, and preparation for resale. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes. Refunds will be issued in the original transaction currency minus any transaction fees. International returns may take longer to process.
